this is NOT a good facility......better to book in a hotel than this unit.

That location is soooo convenient when traveling, 5 min away from two major train stations, many tube and bus lines and walkable distance from many attractions. The apartment was as listed, well appointed for a short stay. The check in process was easy. The communication with the host started well but after a few exchanges including asking if not having any toilet paper in the apartment was normal, the host became silent, which was disappointing.
London is a very expensive city to live in and the cost for that apartment certainly reflects that.
Overall great location, confortable flat and good experience.
