Beautiful London Flat (FS3)

Great apartment in great location. Positive: Location, space for our family, kitchen and two bathrooms. Negative: Windows in bedrooms were drafty and let alley noise in, seemingly without any dampening of sound

Huge noise in bedrooms and water leakage disturbed our stay. Positive: Location is ok - close to Thameslink station and St Paul. Negative: 1) Huge noise form the outside - below the apartment (bedrooms side) there is a pub with outside space . Children could not sleep. This should be written in the offer that there is such a problem there. 2)Water leakage from and ceiling and walls during rainfall - very old building and some construction problems. I can provide pictures and recordings . 3) Smoke alarm launches when using toaster equipped in the kitchen - even with ventilation system on or windows open - really crazy and impacting problem. 4)Nobody reacted (manager or owner) to help us . Be careful with this place - I had never experience such a bad situations while travelling .

Loved London . Good place to set out from every morning for a day of adventure Positive: Very central to all the favourite tourist spots. Close to underground . Easy transport to airport via train. Lots of pubs nearby and Tesco. Washer dryer very convenient Negative: Very very noisy every night . Bedroom windows are immediately above the outdoor area of a busy pub . So even with windows closed we got to hear shouting laughing up until 11pm on 5/5 nights . Happy noise but still noise if you are light sleeper . Be aware there about 60 stairs to get your luggage up . Ok for us but others may struggle

Vidutiniška Positive: Gera lokacija, šalia autobusų stotelė, metro Negative: Lovos nepatogios, čiužiniai išgulėti, nors rezervavome 6 asmenims, telpa tik max 5, nes sofa svetainėje vienam žmogui. Trūko švaros. Taip pat prie miegamųjų langų visą parą garsiai užiantys ventiliatoriai, tai ramybės tikrai nebus, labai bloga garso izoliacija, triukšmas iš gatvės svetainėje, triukšmas ir miegamuosiuose iš vidinio kiemo

Positive: Posizione ottima: a 5 minuti scarsi a piedi da Saint Paul Cathedral, da stazione metro Blackfriars e da stazione treni City Thameslink (comodissima per raggiungere Gatwick). Oltre ovviamente diverse fermate bus vicinissime. Cucina ampia e attrezzata (anche se non l'abbiamo utilizzata). Due bagni! Negative: Condizioni igieniche del divano letto per quinta e sesta persona: indecenti!!! Isolamento acustico del salone che affaccia sulla via principale, e nella quale si trova il divano letto: di notte arrivano senza quasi alcuna attenuazione tutti i rumori dei mezzi e della musica da essi e degli schiamazzi (soprattutto il sabato notte)
