Beautiful Central London Apartment (FS2 II)

I do not recommend here as I was misled and felt like I was trapped. You will regret booking this. Positive: It is difficult to find many pros to this location aside from the location. Negative: To begin with, before even checking in, I was sent a message from the host ( 48 hrs before) once the cancellation period was done, that there was a sound monitoring system in place. This I couldn’t find in the listing despite the host saying it was. They told me the police would be called if the noise levels were too high, this as a welcome message was very concerning. This felt very intimidating and made us feel very restricted staying here. All this was done after the cancellation period was done. When checking in, I was emailed to make sure everything was to be cleaned after. Furthermore, when booking, check in was stated 12:00pm. Again, before 48 hrs, the check in was all of a sudden 3pm. This completely messed up our plans. The amenities in the place itself was very poor. There was no hand wash, bin bags or anything. I had to purchase these myself. To make things worse, underneath was a pub. I’m told I cannot be loud at all, but there’s a pub being excessively loud, it was complete chaos. Everything as a whole made the experience very poor, I was unhappy and my family felt very unhappy aswell.

Good location bad soundproofed Positive: The location is perfect. And the flat is comfortable and clean. Negative: The noise in the flat.

Es hat für die Zeit, welche wir im Apartment verbracht haben gereicht (schlafen, frühstücken…) da wir uns London angesch Positive: Tolle Lage Super, dass es zwei Bäder gibt Negative: Die alten Fenster lassen Kälte und Lärm leider sehr durch. Der Feueralarm ging beim Kochen leider zweimal an.

Regular pero muy buena ubicación Positive: Ubicación Negative: Piso sin ascensor estaría bien en informar previamente ya que al viajar con maletas grandes no es cómodo subir varias plantas. Ventanas no cierran bien y entra frío y ruido Mucho ruido de obras y del bar que está abajo, se escucha mucho las máquinas del aire acondicionado ruido que viene de exterior por la noche

Genial zentral, Bäder und Küche top, aber auch sehr laut. Positive: Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Bäder und Küche neu. Negative: Die Schlafzimmerfenster liegen Richtung Innenhof. Dort läuft 24 Stunden am Tag die laute Lüftungsanlage der Benachbarten Kneipe. Auch hört man die Gäste, die sich im Außenbereich der Kneipe aufhalten bis gegen 23 Uhr. Die Betten sind recht weich. Nicht für jeden Rücken geeignet. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast, weshalb Lärm und Kälte in die Wohnung eindringen können (es sind allerdings viele Heizkörper vorhanden).
