Beautiful Flat by Hyde Park (PS7)

Rubbish! Average apartment clean enough and reasonably priced for the area but still expensive. Ultimately took us 2 hou Negative: We couldn’t get in! The link to the instructions didn’t work on the booking.com app so we arrived @7pm old not access the property. Finally managed to get inside the entrance hall (which was like a building site) but could t access the key box. Tried ringing and messaging the owner, booking.com customer services but got nowhere. Eventually got into key box after 2 hours or so of trying by manually typing the full URL link on the message in the app. Really poor experience. Once inside apartment was clean enough and served a purpose but bathroom so small could barely turn around once in and the noise from the lift in the building and other neighbours up late and the noise from the street (even though on 4th floor) meant little to no sleep on first night! Second night a little better but only because I was so tired from night before. Defo would not recommend this property, will not be coming back. But nor would I recommend booking.com either as it seems this was partly a booking.com issue with zero customer support. Poor.
