Negative: Team were slow to respond and action. Bag drop off details not communicated. Room cleaned 3 hours after check in. Maintenance can be improved.

Positive: Excellent location. Efficient comfortable apartment. A good deal for this location and price.
Negative: Common areas not well maintained. The same litter would remain for multiple days. Junk was in the basement open area.
